Josh is a finance professional and M&A advisor with over 20 years of experience in operational finance and advisory roles within service-based businesses. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado. In recent years, he has successfully led two exits as an operator, first with a residential service provider acquired by IKEA, and later with a managed IT security services firm acquired as a platform investment by a private equity buyer.

For the past several years, Josh has also been advising buyers through the mergers and acquisitions process, bringing a unique dual perspective shaped by his experience on both sides of the transaction. He is known for helping founders anticipate challenges, navigate complex deal structures, and avoid costly surprises throughout the sale process.
