Heidi Brunk is a veterinarian and veterinary practice advisor with more than 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine, practice operations, and leadership. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Virginia Tech in 2006 and has built her career around clinical excellence, team leadership, and the successful operation of veterinary practices.

Heidi is currently a partner in an emergency veterinary hospital that underwent a transition from board ownership to joint partnership. This experience has given her firsthand insight into the operational, financial, and professional considerations involved in veterinary practice ownership and transition.
