Chris Griffin brings more than two decades of skilled-trades experience to Scout, having built his career as a plumber, business owner, educator, and industry advocate. After beginning in the field, he transitioned into sales and business development before co-founding and growing a respected residential and commercial plumbing company serving thousands of customers throughout Northeast Georgia.
His experience gives him a firsthand understanding of trades business ownership, from recruiting technicians, pricing work, and managing cash flow to developing systems, growing commercial accounts, and carrying the responsibility that ultimately rests on the owner. Chris also founded one of only three state-recognized post-secondary plumbing schools in Georgia and leads a nonprofit providing scholarships and workforce development opportunities within the trades.
Chris brings a practical, owner-focused perspective to Scout, helping trades business owners understand the value of what they have built and prepare for what comes next. He sees more than numbers on a spreadsheet. He understands the sacrifice, relationships, and hard-earned reputation that turn a trade into a company.
